Accounts submitted with a Marshall Swift (or other valid source of valuation verification) or meet our minimum value per square foot requirement, will be quoted on a Replacement Cost basis.

 

All other accounts will be quoted on an Actual Cash Value basis.

 

When providing valuation verification, the following items must be clearly noted on the form:
  • Location
  • Occupancy
  • Construction Height
  • Square Footage (including parking - this item may be segregated, but must be accounted for in the total valuation)
  • Construction Quality
  • Number of Stories
  • Story Height
